That said, I deduct 1 star due to the frequent, anti-scientific comments on diagnosis; making wild claims about how “dyslexia” and “schizophrenia” are just “labels”. If you can look past these and shrug it off as personal bias, 99% of the content in this course stays true to actual CBT, and will be useful to you!
